Connor Kovack is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and an American Counsil of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer with 4+ years’ experience training general population clients and student athletes. He has over 13 years of personal weightlifting experience. He has a passion for helping others achieve their goals, both mentally and physically. He believes in a full system approach, focusing on the basic foundations of health and exercise. He focuses on making fitness fit your lifestyle and not creating unrealistic goals that set you up for failure down the road.
